Terms of purchase

DESTINEE Wallpapers sells downloadable digital artwork and custom digital design services. You must provide an accurate email address so we can identify and fulfill your order. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; DESTINEE Wallpapers does not receive or store your complete card information.

We may correct pricing or listing errors, refuse unlawful or abusive orders, and cancel and refund an order we cannot fulfill. These policies do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Personal-use license

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded wallpaper on devices you personally own or control. Copyright and all other ownership rights remain with DESTINEE Wallpapers or the applicable content licensor.

You may

• Save the purchased file to your personal devices.
• Use it as a personal lock screen, home screen, or device background.
• Keep one reasonable personal backup.

You may not

• Share, resell, sublicense, redistribute, upload, post, or give away the file.
• Use the artwork in products, advertising, branding, templates, NFTs, or other commercial projects.
• Remove ownership notices, claim the artwork as your own, or make it available for others to download.
• Use the file to train an artificial-intelligence model or build a competing wallpaper collection.

Unauthorized use terminates this license and may violate copyright law.

Digital refund policy

Because digital files cannot be returned after delivery, completed digital-download sales are generally final. Contact us within seven days if you were charged twice, received the wrong file, received a damaged or unreadable file, or did not receive your purchase. We will first try to replace or redeliver the file and will provide a refund when required by law or when we cannot fulfill the order.

Changing your mind, purchasing the wrong design, device incompatibility, or violating the personal-use license does not normally qualify for a refund. Nothing in this policy removes any non-waivable consumer right.

Custom wallpaper requests

A custom-request submission is not an acceptance of the project and does not create a charge. We review the request first and, if approved, email a private $10 payment link. Scope, revisions, timing, and final delivery details may be confirmed by email before payment.

You confirm that you have permission to provide every inspiration image, name, quotation, logo, or other material you upload. Do not submit confidential, unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit material. We may decline any request. You are responsible for obtaining permission to use third-party names, likenesses, trademarks, quotations, and copyrighted material.

Privacy policy

We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, order details, custom-design instructions, and inspiration uploads. Stripe processes payment and transaction information. Resend processes custom-request notification emails. Those providers handle information under their own privacy and security terms.

We use this information to process orders, deliver purchases, answer support questions, review custom requests, prevent fraud, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the store, when legally required, or to protect our rights and customers.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us; some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons. This store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Delivery and support

Orders are delivered to the email address associated with the Stripe payment. Check spam, junk, quarantine, and filtered inboxes before reporting a missing delivery. You are responsible for downloading and securely backing up your purchase.
